♡ Payments ♡

♡ All payments MUST be made through PayPal.♡ Payments are to be made upfront unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.♡ You are responsible for any additional fees, including PayPal's transaction fees and currency conversion rates.♡ Payments are accepted in USD only.

♡ Refund Policy ♡

♡ Refunds will NOT be accepted once the commission has begun.♡ If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.♡ You may cancel your commission within 48 hours of payment to receive a full refund, provided work has not yet started.

♡ Commission Requests ♡

♡ All commissions are completed digitally and will be delivered as .PNG files. Other file formats can be provided upon request.♡ A clear and detailed reference image is required. If no image is provided, a detailed written description will be necessary, and additional charges may apply for complex designs.♡ I do not accept video references or vague prompts. Please be as specific as possible. It saves us both frustration.♡ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, including personal discomfort or content that falls outside my skill set.

♡ Pricing & Timeline ♡

♡ Prices are subject to change based on the complexity, size, and level of detail of the request.♡ A price quote will be provided before payment is required.♡ I work on commissions in the order payments are received. Completion time may range from 3 days - 2 weeks, depending on the current workload and complexity.♡ Rush orders are available for a 25% fee. Please notify me upfront if you need a specific deadline.♡ Updates will be provided throughout the process via email, Discord, or your preferred communication platform.

♡ Revisions ♡

♡ Revisions are free during the sketch phase. Afterward, revisions may incur additional charges based on complexity ($5-$15 per major change).♡ Revisions will not be accepted after the final product is delivered unless errors were made on my part.

♡ Rights & Credits ♡

♡ As the artist, I retain full copyright over the artwork I create.♡ You are not permitted to claim my art as your own. Proper credit is required when sharing the artwork online.♡ You may not remove my signature or watermark under any circumstances.♡ When crediting, the links tab has ALL my official social platforms (If possible, please tag me).

♡ Behavior & Communication ♡

♡ Please maintain respectful and professional communication throughout the commissioning process.♡ Harassment, rudeness, or unreasonable demands may result in the cancellation of your commission without a refund.

♡ You are commissioning me for personal use only, unless a commercial use agreement is explicitly made.♡ NSFW commissions WILL require ID verification. DM me or create a ticket in my server for NSFW menu.♡ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Below are your rights to the commissioned artwork.

♡ You MAY print my art for personal use, such as framing it or displaying it in your home.♡ You MAY share your commissioned artwork on social media with credit provided. Please use the watermarked version for public sharing.♡ You MAY NOT edit, trace, resell, or redistribute my work without explicit permission.♡ My signature or watermark MUST remain visible on all public-facing versions of the artwork.

✗ Commercial Use ✗

The commissioned artwork may not be used for commercial purposes without my explicit authorization. "Commercial use" includes, but is not limited to:

♡ Prints for resale (e.g., posters, art prints, postcards, etc.)♡ Merchandise such as apparel, mugs, stickers, or accessories♡ Advertisements or promotional material (digital or print)♡ Use as a commercial game or album cover♡ Branding, logos, or business assets
